DACK is excited to announce our full integration with Know Your Guest (formerly known as SUPERHOG), which will be the first of its kind in the short-term rental industry—finally creating a seamless experience for guests and operators alike as they navigate the rental process. This technology will ensure operators know exactly who their guests are and protect their assets from fraudulent guests and damages. This is achieved through Know Your Guests’ verification process as well as their comprehensive damage waiver.

From the moment they checkout on the rental website to when they check out of their stay, DACK is there to be a helpful hand and guide for their vacation rental needs. On the surface, DACK may appear like only a digital property guide, but it does much more than just replace the binder on your rental’s countertop. Access control, local recommendations, one-touch Uber ordering, and a robust eCommerce platform means guests can customize their experience with a few taps. All these features and more put the guest in control of their experience and gives them access to the information they need before, during, and after they even arrive.
DACKs partnership with Know Your Guest is groundbreaking as the first integration that compiles the entire verification and deposit process in one easy-to-use platform.
DACK is available on all devices as an app or web link, making it a universal solution for every guest. Know Your Guest’s simple verification and deposit process can be completed in less than 5 minutes. Additionally, the deposit and damage waiver can be completed using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any major credit card.
Know Your Guest cross references your data and driver's license against a government database to identify signs of fraud or any indication that you would be a high-risk guest. Once approved, you can select to pay a one-time damage waiver fee or a traditional deposit. The damage waiver covers between $500 and $5,000,000 of damages. The deposit only covers up to the deposit amount and is refunded to the guest, pending no damages occurring during their stay. Know Your Guests’ integration with DACK makes the entire process simple and intuitive for guests and hosts.
