DACK is the developer of guest application software and has been commissioned by Beachfront Only Vacation Rentals to offer software and information to guests.
What do I do if my reservation doesn’t pair?
Your account may not pair to a reservation for a couple of reasons.
1. We need more time for reservation data to flow into our system
2. The reservation data doesn’t match your account data
3. The reservation integration has been deleted or altered. Guests can pair the reservation on the application using the self-service pair tool or file a support ticket.
What do I do about issues with my accommodation?
For issues with the accommodation, such as cleanliness, maintenance issues, etc., you can reach out to Beachfront Only Vacation Rentals via the “Contact Host” button or directly via your original booking channel.
