DACK is seeking a motivated, charismatic, and energetic salesperson to fill the role of Sales Development Representative. This position will work closely with the sales team to qualify, generate, and identify sales leads.
Applicants should be excellent communicators and highly motivated. Applicants should have experience with inside sales including cold-calling via phone or email and maintaining a CRM. Applicants should be eager to successfully meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
Experience in the lodging / hospitality industry is a plus!
- Identify, qualify, and generate sales leads
- Contact and develop relationships with potential leads via phone, email
- Refer potential customers to account executives
- Maintain CRM, develop contact lists
- Report monthly and weekly on sales progress and KPIs
- Report product feedback to sales team and leadership
- Experience selling directly to the hospitality & lodging industry a plus!
- 1-2+ years of inside sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or similar
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals and KPIs
- Experience with SalesForce or similar CRM
