DACK is seeking a motivated, bright and ambitious individual to fill the role of Customer Success Coordinator
This position is an integral role in contributing to the overall success of DACK’s customers. You will work closely with the customer success, sales, and account management teams to ensure successful product adoption and partner growth.
What you’ll do:
- Assist with day-to-day goals and objectives in product adoption, customer success, and brand awareness
- Deliver excellent written and visual creative content
- Report and provide insights, metrics, and ROI around customer success efforts, and share recommendations for continuous optimization
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, business, or similar
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in digital creative tools including photoshop, illustrator
- Understanding of using analytics, metrics, reports for insights for optimization
- Self-starter, initiative, drive, and sense of ownership over projects, with the ability to prioritize and see projects through to completion
